About Jean ROBERT Nature and Travel Photography

As a photographer and journalist, I have been capturing the Earth's natural diversity on film for the past 20 years. I stepped foot in more than 100 countries the last ten years. I'm currently in charge of the travel section of the french magazine Terre Sauvage (www.terre-sauvage.com), the biggest french magazine about nature. And I'm working on a free lance status for a large panel of magazines (Figaro Magazine, Animan, Paris Match...). I'm travelling more than 10 days each month in a different country looking for nature, ecotourism or outdoor subjects. I did some reports about the Chernobyl effects on the environnement, worked on the arsenic poisoning waters problems in Bangladesh and climbed Mount Kilimandjaro, Mount Kenya and Mount Ruwenzori in Ouganda to shoot the last ices of Africa.

I'm also the author (pictures and texts) of the two books "les plus beaux voyages nature"(editions Glénat, 2010 and 2013) tome 1 and tome 2  or "25 Stunning Journeys in Nature" which allows armchair travelers to join my planetary odyssey.
I'm based in Paris, France
